Opportunity Overview:
Wontech USA is seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives / Distributor Groups (1099) to expand our brand footprint and drive capital equipment sales across key Midwest territories. This is an ideal opportunity for established aesthetic sales professionals who currently manage a portfolio of complementary aesthetic products, consumables, or devices and want to add high-demand, high-margin laser and RF platforms to their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Prospect, demonstrate, and close capital equipment opportunities for Wontech USA’s product portfolio within your established network of aesthetic practices. Territory Expansion: Leverage existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical directors, and medspa owners to introduce Wontech technologies. Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct in-office consults, product presentations, and live device demonstrations (supported by local Wontech clinical specialists as needed).Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing. Account Support: Partner with Wontech’s clinical and post-sale support teams to ensure seamless installation, training, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Aesthetic Experience:
3+ years of proven success selling capital equipment, consumables, or practice-enhancement solutions into the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery markets. Established Network: Active relationships with key decision-makers and aesthetic providers in the assigned territory. Independent Business Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of driving revenue without direct daily supervision. Complementary Lines: Currently carrying non-competing aesthetic lines or looking to transition into an independent capital equipment role. Demonstrated Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing capital equipment transactions.
