Quality RN Educator Well-known licensed home care company is looking for a RN Educator to join their team in Westchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in home care, quality improvement, compliance, education, and staff development who enjoys combining clinical leadership with quality and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the organization's education program Develop and oversee employee orientation and training programs Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff Qualifications✔️ Active New York State RN license✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred✔️ 2+ years of nursing experience✔️ Strong knowledge of home care regulations✔️ Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred✔️ Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills✔️ Ability to analyze and report performance data
