Strategy Law, LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our corporate and transactional practice in our San Jose office. The position offers substantive responsibility for entity management, corporate governance, and complex business transactions. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will work directly with partners, attorneys, and clients, and will take ownership of routine corporate matters and transaction workflows.
