About the role

Higher Ground Baptist Church is seeking a Minister of Music to provide spiritual, musical, and organizational leadership for the worship ministry. Working with the Senior Pastor, the candidate will develop Christ-centered worship that engages the congregation and aligns with the church’s mission. The ideal candidate is a worshiper first, with experience directing a choir, leading musicians, and training volunteers.
