About the role
- Lead all phases of project delivery
- Own project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly financial reporting
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed early
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams, building strong long-term client relationships
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing subcontractor management
- Mentor and direct Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers
- Partner with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and on-site performance
- Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and closeout documentation
- 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
- Proven track record delivering commercial or hospitality projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong command of construction budgets, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, and similar construction software
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills
- Experience mentoring and developing project team members
