TeraWulf is seeking a commercially driven Director, Data Center Leasing & Customer Origination to lead the sourcing, pursuit, negotiation, and execution of hyperscale, cloud, AI, and enterprise data center leasing opportunities across the Company's growing portfolio. As the primary commercial interface for prospective customers, the role develops strategic relationships, originates leasing opportunities, manages complex transactions, and drives agreements from engagement to execution.
