About the role
Meveca supplies sustainable, energy-efficient OS&E solutions for premium hotels, resorts, designers and hospitality operators. To further grow our US business, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Western USA.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales within the luxury hospitality and project segment Identify and develop new clients, including hotels, resorts, designers, operators and purchasing groups Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking and forecasting Present our product portfolio as a premium OS&E solution focused on design, guest experience and long-term value Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate with internal teams throughout the full sales process Represent Meveca at client meetings, project discussions and industry events Your profile 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality supply, hotel equipment, catering, F&B or related project business Knowledge of the US hospitality market, ideally luxury hotels and resorts Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, key account management and B2B sales Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region We offerA long-term role in a growing international company, competitive compensation with commission potential, direct impact on our US market development and regular international team events.
