About the role

TokenBrickLabs is a Seattle-based blockchain studio that designs, audits, and ships production Real-World Asset tokenization — issuance, identity, custody, and settlement rails for funds, fintechs, and operators. We hire globally and build for institutional security, compliance, and day-two operations, not slide-deck prototypes. As a Web3 Developer, you will own the dApp layer of that stack: wallets, signatures, indexing, and the transaction flows that connect investors and issuers to tokenized assets. The role is open as full-time or part-time. Reports toAt TokenBrickLabs, we are engineering the institutional standard for Real-World Asset tokenization. Our mission is to ship platforms centered on security and compliance, requiring a commitment to technical excellence that extends beyond simply delivering code. As a global organization, we set a high bar for those driven to do their best work alongside world-class peers. We value engineers who treat development as a craft and own the outcome from concept to deployment. We expect our teams to bring structure to ambiguity and shape the frameworks that support our studio. We refuse to compromise on quality and seek problem solvers who thrive on high-impact technical challenges.
The Team: Product Engineering (Web3) Product Engineering (Web3) connects protocol surfaces to investor and issuer products. We integrate wallets, transaction UX, and on-chain reads so operators can run issuances without treating the chain as a black box. We optimize for security, gas, and a mental model that non-crypto stakeholders can actually follow.
What you’ll do: Develop and deploy smart contracts for property tokenization (NFTs), ownership transfer, and transaction flows. Integrate blockchain interactions into the frontend using Web3.js / Ethers.js (wallets, transactions, signatures). Work closely with backend and frontend teams to connect on-chain logic with off-chain services. Support multi-chain setups (Ethereum / Polygon) and optimize for gas, security, and scalability. Contribute to architecture decisions around tokenization, payments, and ownership models. What we’re looking for2–4 years of experience in Web3 or blockchain development. Strong experience with Solidity and tools like Hardhat. Hands-on experience integrating wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect). Good understanding of Ethereum ecosystem, tokens (ERC-721 / ERC-1155), and transaction flows. Ability to work in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Node.js or backend APIs. Experience with indexing (The Graph, custom indexers) or account abstraction. Prior work on fintech or RWA investor products. Opportunity to work at the bleeding edge of Web3 / crypto / DeFi. Flexible working conditions. Offer token/equity packages. Sponsored global events and travel. Annual global 2-week offsite. Signing and performance bonuses. Competitive remuneration (attractive salary, benefits, and incentives, including tokens and bonus opportunities). Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
