Our client is seeking a Affiliate Marketing Analyst to join their team. As a Affiliate Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing organization supporting Affiliate Marketing and partnership growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and the drive to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully in the organization. Location: Alameda, CA (100% On-Site)
Pay Range: $58/hr. - $63/hr.
Duration: 12+ Month Contract What's the Job? Serve as the subject matter expert and partner closely with internal teams to deepen market penetration of OTC CMG - Lingo. Manage the affiliate budget, including forecasting and opportunity sizing, to support growth targets. Collaborate with the BI team to understand incrementality of affiliate channels and adapt strategy to maximize ROI.Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and revenue share campaigns to drive new user acquisition and revenue goals. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, increase conversions, and minimize fraud through ongoing performance analysis. What's Needed?4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs. Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency using Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks. Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills. What's in it for me?
