Financial Consultant | Private Wealth Summerlin / Las Vegas, Nevada Madison Professional Group is partnering with a nationally recognized financial services and broker-dealer organization to identify an experienced Financial Consultant for its Summerlin, Nevada market. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed financial professional who enjoys financial planning, wealth management, and building long-term client relationships—without having to build a practice solely through cold calling and constant prospecting. You'll work with an established client base and a strong appointment and referral environment, helping clients navigate retirement, investments, wealth management, and complex financial decisions. Candidates must currently live in the Greater Las Vegas area or be willing to relocate. This is not a fully remote position.
The Opportunity: As a Financial Consultant, you will serve as a primary relationship manager and planning resource for clients. You will lead conversations from discovery through recommendation and implementation, uncover additional needs, deepen relationships, and help clients confidently move forward with appropriate financial strategies. This role combines financial planning, relationship management, asset consolidation, and business conversion within the infrastructure and resources of an established national organization.
What You'll Do: Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients Lead discovery, financial planning, and wealth management conversations Develop and present comprehensive financial strategies Guide clients through retirement, investment, income, and broader wealth planning needs Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and consolidate additional assets Present the firm's value proposition and convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal partners to move client recommendations through implementation Educate clients on investment products and planning strategies Manage a high volume of client appointments while maintaining a strong client experience
What We're Looking For: FINRA Series 7 required Series 66 OR Series 63 + Series 65 required 3–5+ years of financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory experience Experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients Experience managing and deepening a book of client relationships Strong financial planning, investment, retirement, and relationship-management skills Demonstrated presentation and business-conversion ability Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clientsCFP® certification strongly preferrede Money or comparable financial planning technology experience preferredA transferable book of business is not required. Location Summerlin / Las Vegas, NVCandidates must be local to the Greater Las Vegas area or willing to relocate and have a genuine interest in establishing themselves in the market. This role can have some flexibility once trained to be in the office not all 5 days.
