About the role

Lead a team of fully remote Account Executives, owning the team's number for outreach, leads, conversion, and loan applications. Run the day: coach, inspect pipeline, hold the standard, and ensure every AE can position the product against alternatives and win.
What You'll Do:
  • Own team performance against monthly targets, including outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume.
  • Coach, interview, and hire AEs, onboard and ramp new hires, and maintain pipeline accuracy in Meridian
  • Link Mortgage.
  • Partner with Lending Operations and Underwriting to keep applications moving, and escalat*****?? blockers to leadership.
What You'll Bring: Proven success carrying a team number, coaching sellers, and diagnosing activity, targeting, or skill issues. Working knowledge of loan officer and branch manager decision-making, with ability to model the pitch and inspect data. Strong communication, direct feedback, and commitment to inclusive practices, with recent lending experience required.
