About the role
Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Safety Compliance Lead for our Cincinnati-area plant to lead safety processes and regulatory compliance, ensuring issues are resolved and compliance maintained across FDA, OSHA, EPA and Kroger standards.
You will coordinate with the plant team to meet safety goals, manage audits, incident investigations and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
