About the role
About EnVogue International EnVogue International is a fast-growing, trend-driven home décor company creating products for some of the largest retailers in North America. Since 2008, we’ve built a diverse portfolio spanning decorative pillows, bedding, rugs, bath, kitchen textiles, home fragrance, furniture, tabletop, and more. Our teams work at the intersection of design, trend, and retail, turning emerging ideas into products that reach customers nationwide. With an entrepreneurial culture, global manufacturing capabilities, and a constantly evolving product portfolio, EnVogue offers designers the opportunity to have a real creative impact and see their ideas come to life in the marketplace.
About the Role:
As Director of Branding & Packaging, you will lead the creative direction and development of branding and packaging across our portfolio of licensed and internal brands. You will shape how our brands and products come to life at retail, ensuring strong, cohesive brand identities and compelling packaging across home and lifestyle categories. Working closely with Product Development, Design, Sales, Licensing, Sourcing, and overseas factories, you will lead the Branding & Packaging team and oversee projects from initial concept through final production.
What You'll Do:
Lead creative direction and development of branding and packaging across licensed and internal brands. Establish and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and packaging guidelines while ensuring consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Lead, manage, and develop the Branding & Packaging team, providing creative direction, feedback, mentorship, and ongoing support. Set team priorities, assign projects, manage workloads and timelines, and review and approve creative work. Develop fresh, trend-right packaging concepts that strengthen brand positioning, product presentation, and retail impact. Partner with Product Development, Design, Sales, and Licensing on new products, programs, seasonal launches, and retailer initiatives. Oversee packaging formats, structures, materials, graphics, typography, and product presentation from concept through final production. Translate product features, consumer insights, brand positioning, and licensing requirements into compelling packaging and brand stories. Develop packaging tailored to retailer positioning, price points, consumer demographics, and merchandising strategies. Lead packaging concepts, mockups, renderings, and creative presentations for internal reviews and buyer meetings. Collaborate with internal teams and overseas factories, overseeing production-ready artwork, proofs, samples, materials, finishes, and print details. Stay current on branding, packaging, consumer, home, lifestyle, and retail trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Partner with cross-functional leadership to align priorities, resources, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of branding, packaging, or graphic design experience, preferably within home, consumer products, fashion, lifestyle, or retail. Experience leading and developing creative teams, including project delegation, creative reviews, coaching, and performance feedback. Experience leading creative direction, branding, and packaging development from concept through final production. Experience working across licensed and internal/owned brands, with an understanding of brand standards and licensing requirements. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, packaging concepts, and retail-focused design. Strong understanding of brand identity, packaging systems, typography, color, materials, dielines, and print production. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong creative vision and understanding of branding, packaging, product presentation, and retail merchandising. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple teams, projects, priorities, and deadlines. EnVogue International reserves the right to adjust compensation within or beyond the stated range based on experience, market conditions, and internal compensation considerations.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
