Key Position FunctionsAs a member of the Stream-Flo Senior Management Team, define and lead the vision, long-term strategic plans, and annual strategic objectives for Stream-Flo USA, ensuring alignment with overall Group strategy.
Own full revenue and P&L accountability for Stream-Flo USA operations, delivering budgeted profit and loss commitments and driving sustainable top-line growth and margin improvement.
Lead strategic management planning for Stream-Flo USA, including market positioning, capital allocation priorities, and multi-year growth roadmaps that optimize shareholder value.
Develop and implement the operations plan for Stream-Flo USA, including oversight of quality, manufacturing, and purchasing activities across all US sites.
Establish and lead an enterprise risk management framework for US operations — identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, market, and regulatory risk, and ensuring appropriate controls and contingency planning are in place.
Recommend and implement strategies that position Stream-Flo USA for continued growth, competitive differentiation, and long-term value creation.
Identify priorities and accountabilities, delegate responsibility, monitor performance, and coach and direct the leadership team to meet strategic and financial objectives.
Establish and maintain a competitive advantage with respect to meeting or exceeding customer/market expectations relative to cost, delivery, and quality.
Serve as the principal advisor to the Senior Management Team on US financial performance, risk exposure, current issues, and market opportunities/threats.
Continually drive a culture committed to positive results, providing executive leadership toward maintaining regular, transparent, and positive employee communication.
Provide leadership to ensure all Company operations foster a continuous improvement mindset regarding cost reduction, strategic sourcing, lean manufacturing practices, product enhancement, and elimination of waste and non-value-added activities.
Effectively manage US inventory and working capital in support of revenue and margin targets.
Ensure that positive customer relationships are fostered, maintained, and elevated at the executive level.
Preferred Candidate QualificationsBusiness or Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited university (MBA or advanced business degree preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven executive-level general management experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct ownership of revenue and P&L results.
Strong knowledge of the competitive environment within which Stream-Flo / Master Flo competes.
Demonstrated experience in strategic management planning, including development and execution of long-range business strategy.
Strong risk management acumen, with the ability to identify, quantify, and mitigate operational and financial risk at an enterprise level.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Advanced understanding of business finance, including pricing, margins, capital allocation, and full P&L management.
Effective executive communication and presentation skills, including reporting to senior leadership.
Knowledge of API and product specification requirements.
Thorough understanding of US oil and gas industry, including customers, competitors and products
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – ability to create accountability, commitment and cooperation towards achieving objectives
Action oriented – strong entrepreneurial drive, combined with resolute focus on achieving success
A solid reputation for integrity and delivering on commitments
Strong awareness of customer expectations and well-developed customer relations skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply clean best practices is an asset
Strong computer skills – experience with enterprise-wide systems is an asset
