Podcast Production Volunteer
mindbridgeNew York (NY)
About the role
Mind Bridge is launching Bridge Side, a brand-new media project and student-led video podcast. This show is a space for raw, normal conversations about student life, leadership, creativity, current events, and personal growth. This is entirely different from our guest-speaker sessions—it's about everyday realities, open to anyone who wants to speak up or create. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our founding production team in two key roles: 1.
Podcast Hosts The Role:
Lead casual, relatable chats on trends, culture, and student life. Who we're looking for: Anyone who loves sharing bold perspectives, asking questions, and having meaningful, everyday conversations. No prior broadcasting experience required! 2.
Video Editors The Role:
Turn raw recordings into sharp, modern video episodes and craft engaging, scroll-stopping short-form clips for social media. Who we're looking for: Individuals with an eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and current social media video trends.
Why Join Us?
Build a strong creative portfolio from scratch. Gain immense creative freedom and collaborative experience. Receive official volunteer hours for your time and contributions.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
