About the role
Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager, Enterprise Expansion will drive growth within Scribe's largest existing customer accounts, focusing on complex sales cycles and account strategy in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to expand existing customer relationships
Drive accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management for a portfolio of $200K ACV deals
Coach the team through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level relationships
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience managing Account Executives, including 3 years in a high-growth startup
Proven track record of leading teams that grow revenue within strategic accounts, not just acquiring new clients
Experience managing sales into organizations with 10,000+ employees and navigating complex buying groups
Expertise in coaching AEs on closing six-figure ARR deals with sales cycles around 90 days
Strong focus on forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection without hindering team performance
