Moody AFB, Valdosta, GA  |  Full-time, on-site  |  Pay: starting at $35.22/hr (includes health & welfare pay)  |  Starts Nov 16, 2026, contingent on contract awardOPTML is bidding to provide Human Performance Optimization support at Moody AFB, and we're building the team now. You'd run the front office and the data behind the program, supporting the 93 AGOW Director of Human Performance, the Wing Surgeon, and the Command Psychologist.
What you'll do: Answer the main line, schedule patient appointments, and manage the schedule in the GENESIS system (training provided)Collect and analyze program data, spot trends, and turn them into reports and briefings Build Power Point briefings, Excel trackers, and long reports; proofread and edit Build and track surveys Track deadlines and flag scheduling conflicts What you need (all required)High school diploma At least 12 months in a program assistant or management support role within the last 24 months Advanced Power Point, Excel, and Word Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and presenting data Strong writing, editing, and phone skills Able to pass a federal Tier 1 background check Schedule and benefits Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM12 paid holidays 2 weeks paid vacation after your first year, plus paid sick leave Good to know before you apply This job depends on the Air Force awarding OPTML the contract. Our bid has to name the people who'll do the work, so we'll ask finalists for a signed letter of intent. If we win, we'll make you a formal offer. Target start: Monday, November 16, 2026.
