Position: Chief of Staff / Senior Business Consultant
Location: Palm Beach, Florida, USAType of Employment: Full-Time
Role Summary: We are seeking a high-calibre Chief-of-staff to partner directly with a senior global executive leading Procurement, Supply Chain, Enterprise Systems, and Security functions. This is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for driving leadership priorities, cross-functional initiatives, executive governance, and transformation programmes across global teams.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP.Drive planning, governance, and execution of key Supply Chain, Procurement, Digital, and Enterprise Systems initiatives. Lead executive reviews, leadership communications, dashboards, and business performance reporting. Coordinate across business, IT, finance, procurement, supply chain, and security teams to ensure alignment and execution. Manage strategic programmes, track risks and dependencies, and drive timely decision-making. Support organisational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications & ExperienceMBA from a reputed institution.8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles. Strong programme management and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience working with senior leadership and global teams. Good understanding of Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance domains preferred. Exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
