About the role

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Genetic Counseling Assistant to support prenatal and cancer genetics teams. You will learn testing and billing processes, answer patient questions, and handle insurance preauthorizations while managing patient records and MyChart communications. You will work with a dedicated team of counselors and clinicians, organize test kits, and ensure EPIC EMR records are up to date. A Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills are required.
