Job Title: OB/Gyn Physician
Job Location: Goodyear, Arizona Job Title: Full-Time
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated OB/Gyn Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a full-time, on-site clinical setting in Goodyear, Arizona. The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across a broad range of women’s health services, including routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across a diverse population. Conduct patient consultations, routine examinations, and comprehensive assessments. Manage prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. Provide contraception counseling, family planning services, and preventive women’s health care. Perform gynecologic surgeries and obstetric procedures as appropriate. Provide both inpatient and outpatient care. Interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate patient care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and overall health. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful clinical environment. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and professional standards.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program. Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Current, unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure, in Arizona. Active DEA registration. Strong clinical foundation in medicine with an emphasis on women’s health and evidence-based practice. Demonstrated proficiency in obstetrics and gynecology, including routine and complex inpatient and outpatient care. Competence in gynecologic surgery and surgical procedures relevant to OB/Gyn practice. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care. Ability to manage a diverse patient population and effectively prioritize clinical responsibilities. Strong documentation and electronic health record skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in gynecologic oncology. Experience managing high-risk obstetric patients. Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Additional surgical or specialized OB/Gyn training and experience.
