About the role

-Metatarsals are required from day one-This position splits its time – 70% on the supporting the shop floor and 30% in the office-Primarily 1st shift but will have to be flexible. Exact shift hours can be discussed by the selected candidate and the hiring manager-Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS: -Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment-Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.-Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things-Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and OutlookEDUCATION-A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
