The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal support to the Chief Legal Officer in the areas of corporate governance, board administration, entity management, and strategic transactional work. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in compliance programs, governance, and board management, preferably within the AEC industry. The Interim AGC will also be involved in cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including compliance, clients, boards, finance, and legal. Applicants must have a JD from an accredited university, be active and in good standing to practice law in the U.S., and have at least 5-7 years of in-house legal experience. The role involves direct support to the CLO, including serving as a primary legal resource, conducting research, and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate legal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated expertise in the AEC industry and be comfortable with the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing business. Responsibilities also include compliance program development and management, entity management, and providing commercial and internal policy support.
