Our mission is to provide the best services in the most inclusive environments to encourage persons to fulfill their individual potential through evidence-based treatment, advocacy, and community You Will DoWork directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Learning Academy Edwardsville to teach children with ASD using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child's progress when needed. Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals. Assist with planning and preparing for individual, classroom, and group activities. Model professional appearance and attitudes. What You Will BringMust be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent background clearance. Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).What We Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Enthusiasm for working with children.
