We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator who can not only run machinery but also analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Operate food production machinery efficiently and safely. Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues. Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. Perform routine checks and analysis to ensure optimal machine performance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to recognize when a machine is not working correctly. Ability to make necessary machine adjustments to improve performance. Good work history with a track record of reliability and commitment. Understanding of safety and food manufacturing standards. Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
