Financial AnalystLocations: Dallas | AtlantaAs a Financial Analyst within Commercial Finance Team, you will work in a regional team that provides exemplary finance decision support in the allotted practice area. The Financial Analyst will quickly take on significant responsibility and receive frequent exposure to senior customers. The individual will be expected to proactively contribute to enhance the financial performance of the firm, while providing support and leverage to the team. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:In Atlanta the base salary is between $71,000- $88,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill levelIn Dallas the base salary is between $73,000- $90,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill levelIn other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geographyAnnual discretionary performance bonus between 0-12%5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service.
