Location: MidwestJob type: Full timeThe Client Partner – BFSI (Midwest) is responsible for owning and expanding strategic relationships with banking, financial services, and insurance clients across the Midwest region. This senior leadership role requires a candidate who has been a Client Partner in their current or previous roles with deep BFSI domain expertise, consultative solutioning skills, and proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar engagementsKey ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementP&L ResponsibilityServe as the executive-level relationship owner for BFSI accountsBuild trusted advisor status with CXO/VP stakeholdersConduct regular cadence meetings, business reviews, and joint planning sessionsSales & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targetsIdentify and close opportunities in digital engineering, cloud modernization, AI/ML, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and managed servicesLead large deal pursuits with cross-functional teamsAccount Strategy & PlanningCreate multi-year account penetration strategiesMap customer organizations and expand wallet share across business unitsTrack industry trends (payments, lending, core banking modernization, risk & compliance).Delivery Governance Ensure high-quality delivery and SLA compliancePartner with delivery teams to manage escalations and sustain long-term trustCross-Functional CollaborationWork with service lines, CoEs, marketing, and pre-sales to shape differentiated value propositionsSupport thought leadership initiatives, client workshops, and industry forums..Required Experience & Skills 15+ years in BFSI client management, with at least 8 years in senior account leadershipProven track record of multi-million-dollar revenue growth and executive stakeholder engagementStrong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, and regulatory complianceAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery governanceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
