About the role
- Lead and help evolve the PMO function for Solutions Delivery, establishing scalable practices that improve predictability, accountability, and visibility across customer-facing initiatives.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight across implementations, integrations, migrations, and other complex customer delivery initiatives.
- Anticipate delivery risks before they become delivery problems, identifying dependencies, resource constraints, scope changes, technical blockers, and competing priorities early.
- Establish meaningful measures of project and portfolio health, giving leaders clear visibility into timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, capacity, and customer commitments.
- Bring structure to complex and ambiguous initiatives by mapping dependencies, clarifying ownership, identifying critical paths, and making tradeoffs visible.
- Partner with Solutions Delivery leaders and project teams to proactively address projects that are trending off track and establish clear mitigation plans.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product to understand technical dependencies, product constraints, release considerations, and delivery risks that could affect customer implementations.
- Develop enough understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, REST services, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to recognize risks and ask meaningful questions of technical teams.
- Build and continuously improve delivery standards across project intake, planning, kickoff, implementation, change management, risk management, escalation, launch, and closeout.
- Create executive-level portfolio reporting that clearly communicates what's on track, what's at risk, why it matters, and where decisions or intervention are needed.
- Identify patterns across projects and use lessons learned to solve systemic delivery challenges rather than repeatedly addressing the same issues one project at a time.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment when ownership, priorities, requirements, or timelines are unclear.
- Drive accountability across teams while building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Adapt delivery plans and priorities as customer needs, technical dependencies, or business priorities change.

- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience working in a software development, SaaS, or technology delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of project and program management disciplines, including planning, dependency management, risk management, change management, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to identify risks early and drive mitigation before they affect delivery timelines or customer outcomes.
- Strong systems thinking. You are energized by messy, interconnected problems and can turn them into clear priorities, owners, dependencies, and decisions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining both portfolio-level visibility and attention to critical details.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience communicating project and portfolio health to senior or executive leadership.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
