About the role
QLM Search is partnering a specialist ingredients group (Global) that is looking to appoint a Divisional Sales Director, or Senior Sales Manager. Reporting to the Business Unit Vice President and forming part of the commercial leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Ingredient portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches. Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Director/Senior KAM/Senior Sales Manager within the B2B Food Ingredients (experience with value add ingredients, nutrition, ingredients, health ingredients-the portfolio of this client is vast) and will have excellent account leadership and communication skills. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation
