About the role
Haleon in Warren, NJ is seeking a seasoned Category Design Manager to lead the end-to-end visual brand experience across a category portfolio. Reporting to the US Director of Design, you will define the design vision, strategy, and brand expression systems that guide multiple brands in the US market.
You will inspire cross-functional teams, shape category-wide creative direction, create new brand assets, and elevate brand equity through innovative design.
