About the role
XION is seeking a visionary Head of Design to own the end-to-end design, brand and creative strategy for a fast-growing tech scale-up. You will shape the brand's global presence across social, video, events and viral channels while leading design systems and cross-functional teams.
You'll work with an experienced CMO and an international marketing group to bridge Web3 and Web2 conventions, driving scalable, innovative design that engages audiences and accelerates growth.
