About the role

About the role: Revolve Property Solutions delivers capital-expenditure and renovation work for multifamily owners and property management companies. We're hiring a Business Development Manager who has already sold capex and remodel work into multifamily — someone who knows the asset managers, regional managers, and maintenance directors in their market and can turn those relationships into signed scopes.
What you'll do: Build and close a pipeline of multifamily capex projects: unit interior renovations, turn upgrades, amenity and clubhouse remodels, exterior and common-area improvements Sell to owners, asset managers, REITs, and third-party property management firms Walk properties with clients, define scope, and hand clean scopes to estimating Partner with estimators on pricing; present proposals that win on value, not just price Own the deal from first call through contract and kickoff; stay close through closeout to drive repeat work Track activity, pipeline, and forecast in our CRMRepresent Revolve at apartment association events (AOBA in DC, WMFHA in Washington State) and industry meetups What you bring 3+ years selling construction, renovation, or capex services into multifamily, with an active book of relationships in your market Track record closing six- and seven-figure renovation scopes Working knowledge of interior renovation scopes, unit turns, and value-add programs Comfortable reading scopes of work and talking cost with estimators and clients Self-directed — you build your own calendar and pipeline Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits
