About the role

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/binding with a night shift. You will learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment through hands-on training and contribute to turning books and printed materials into finished products. No bindery experience is required—training is provided. You will read job instructions, measure materials, and work with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards and quality control.
