Advanced Dentistry of Wall - Registered Dental Hygienist Are you a patient-centered RDH looking for a stable, high-quality practice that's actually moving forward? Advanced Dentistry of Wall is a single-doctor office with a 35-year reputation built on trust and family-focused care. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team 3 days a week and help us shape the future of our clinical care. Pay$55~$60 per hour

Requirements:

Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Licensed dental hygienistX-ray / Radiography Certification

Credentials: Active NJ RDH license, Valid NJ X-ray license, and current CPR certification (Required).Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to discuss treatment recommendations clearly. Mindset: A professional, dependable, and growth-oriented individual who values building long-term patient relationships. Collaboration: A true team player who is excited about a practice that is evolving and implementing new systems.

Job Description: Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a modern environment. Patient Education: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating patients on oral health and the "why" behind their treatment needs. Case Support: Confidently support treatment planning and case acceptance to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. Documentation: Maintain precise, accurate clinical records. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, efficient workflow alongside a supportive, long-standing team.
