About the role

A well-established healthcare technology company is building a new team of sales-focused Sr SDR to drive new revenue within its established customer base. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on proactively calling existing customers, identifying additional needs, and closing expansion business. This is an excellent next step for high-performing SDRs and BDRs who are ready to move into their first closing role. We are ideally seeking candidates with 1–3 years of phone-based B2B sales experience who have performed well against measurable sales goals and are ready for more ownership of the sales process. Sr. SDR Responsibilities Proactively contact existing customers through high-volume outbound calling, email, and virtual meetings. Identify opportunities to sell additional software, services, and technology solutions. Conduct discovery to uncover customer needs and sales opportunities. Present solutions and coordinate product demonstrations when appropriate. Build proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business. Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Sr. SDR Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SDR, BDR, account executive, or revenue-focused account management roles. Demonstrated comfort with frequent outbound calling and proactive customer outreach. Experience carrying a quota or being measured against sales performance goals.
