- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
- Communicate findings and present repair options to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with homeowners
- Use ServiceTitan/iPad for dispatching, invoicing, and job notes
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites
- Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using tablets/iPads for field service software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
