Sigmatech is seeking a highly experienced and detail-orientedChief Administrative Officer (CAO)with 15+ years of senior leadership experiencesupporting government organizations. This executive role is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Corporate Contracts, and Facility Security Officer (FSO) operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, strong organizational leadership, and comprehensive knowledge of federal contracting environments, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
A primary focus of this position is extensive expertise incontract management, pricing, and compliance. Demonstrated experience working with FAR/DFARS, government cost principles, and competitive pricing strategies is essential. The CAO will work closely with executive leadership to develop compliant and competitive bids, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure consistency and accuracy across all contractual and pricing activities.
In addition to contract leadership, this role will oversee enterprise administrative functions that support secure and efficient business operations. Responsibilities include directing HR policy and workforce programs, guiding IT infrastructure and modernization efforts, ensuring compliant facilities operations, and supervising all security activities in accordance with NISPOM and federal security requirements.
