About the role
Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Women’s Technical Outerwear Designer with 7+ years of experience in performance, outdoor and technical apparel.
You will own the creative direction for Women’s technical outerwear, translating concepts into technically sound, commercially viable jackets. The role requires expertise in construction, fit, fabrication, materials, and AI-enabled design tools, with close collaboration across production partners and merchandising teams.
