About the Role: INKED by Dani is a fast-growing, founder-led wearable art beauty brand, known for temporary tattoos, nail art, and our new line of skincare, sold at Target, Ulta, Dillard's, Nordstrom, and Revolve and more. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Key Accounts Coordinator to support our growing wholesale business. This role works closely with the Key Accounts team and cross-functional partners to help manage retailer launches, assortments, sales reporting and day-to-day account needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Support the Key Accounts team across day-to-day retail partner needs Manage key calendars, deadlines and deliverables for launches, assortments, promotions and retailer meetings Maintain account trackers, assortments, SKU information, pricing and promotional updates Coordinate new item setup and product updates across retailer systems Support new product launches, including sales tracking, merchandising, digital exposure and in-store execution Assist with sales reporting and analysis across core products, new launches and promotional programs Manage retailer PDP needs, including product information, copy, imagery and ongoing website updates Partner with internal teams to coordinate retailer assets, samples, gratis, education materials and other account needs Build strong relationships with retailer contacts and internal cross-functional teams Monitor retailer websites, social channels and competitors for trends and opportunities Support retailer meetings, including presentations, agendas, samples and follow-up Conduct occasional store visits during key launches and events Provide additional sales and administrative support as needed
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 2+ years of experience in wholesale, sales, account management or a related field; beauty experience preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines Proactive, dependable and able to work independently Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Google Workspace Some travel may be required Compensation & Perks Medical insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation and holidays Summer Fridays Product gratis and employee discounts Weekly team lunches Team give-back initiatives Friendly, creative and collaborative work environment
