About the role
Why This Role Matters RoCoco Inc. is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Account Sales Representative to engage customers in person, support client accounts, explain service offerings, and guide customers through enrollment and account setup. This full-time, on-site role includes paid training, coaching, performance-based bonuses, and advancement opportunities in sales, account management, and leadership. How You'll Contribute Serve as a professional liaison between customers and the client, delivering a positive customer experience. Engage customers face-to-face at pop-up events and partner retail locations. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions. Explain service options, promotions, and account information clearly and confidently. Guide customers through enrollment and account setup processes. Build genuine customer relationships while representing the client brand professionally. Work toward individual and team performance goals with ongoing coaching and support.
