Own Your Success.What You'll Be Responsible For:As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of heavy civil and heavy highway construction projects valued at $10M and above.Key responsibilities include:Full lifecycle management of heavy civil construction projectsProject budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlCPM schedule development and maintenance using Primavera P6Change order negotiation and managementLeadership and development of Project Engineers and SuperintendentsClient, owner, and stakeholder relationship managementRisk assessment and mitigation strategiesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementExperienceProven experience leading heavy civil construction projects up to $30 million5+ years of heavy civil or heavy highway construction project management experienceDemonstrated success managing project financials, forecasting, and cost controlsTechnical SkillsExperience with box culverts, roadway construction, paving, and underground utility installationsStrong proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of CPM scheduling and heavy civil construction methodologiesLeadershipStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to effectively manage field operations, project teams, subcontractors, and client relationshipsProven decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindsetPreferred Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader who combines technical expertise, financial acumen, and field credibility to successfully deliver complex infrastructure projects.
