Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or treatment response. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and potential side effects. Mentor and guide junior radiation therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent).Extensive experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a senior or lead role. Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and treatment planning systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
