About the role
- Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
- Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct parent and caregiver training
- Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
- Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive
