Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 2 Weeks (Starts November 2, 2026)

Years About the Role:
We are currently sourcing qualified candidates on behalf of a Fortune 500 client for a 2-week Human Factors study in San Diego. You will lead participant intakes, perform body composition measurements, and enforce protocol compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide study participants through measurement protocols with empathy, professionalism, and strict privacy standards. Perform physical body measurements, surface landmarking, and body composition tracking (DEXA experience preferred).Maintain a calm, non-judgmental demeanor when working with participants in fitted or minimal testing attire. Ensure strict adherence to IRB research protocols and data quality standards.
Qualifications:
Background in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Pre-Med or Clinical Research. Experience in human subject research, physical assessments or body measurement protocols. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and professional boundary management. Must be available full-time on-site in San Diego starting November 2, 2026.
