About the role

Baird is seeking a highly motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team, specializing in marine nearshore, coastal, and hydraulic infrastructure projects. You will apply your solid geotechnical background to planning, design, and implementation of ports, waterfronts, and coastal restoration. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage data campaigns, review reports, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across offices.
