About the role
We’re looking for a well-connected, results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Director to lead and grow our brand and business partnerships. This role is critical to scaling revenue, increasing client loyalty, and expanding our audience through high-impact collaborations and strategic brand alignments. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic relationship-builder with deep experience with luxury, private banking, high-end travel. You’ll drive partnership strategy end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and structuring deals to launching joint initiatives and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate can think strategically, move quickly, and represent the brand with professionalism. Travel is expected to meet with partners and close deals in person.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build a Scalable Partnership Program: Design frameworks for lead-generating and brand-building partnerships, including evaluation criteria, pitch materials, deal structures, sponsorship packages, success metrics, and broker engagement models.· Secure High-Impact Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with financial institutions, private banks, concierge services, hotels, and luxury goods brands. Focus 80% of your time on lead-generation partnerships, and 20% on loyalty and brand-building collaborations.· Drive Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify high-potential partners and clients, structure and close partnership deals, and act as the main point of contact for strategic partner accounts. Ensure seamless execution and long-term value creation.· Represent the Brand: Alongside leadership team members, serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, private gatherings, and client meetings. Regular travel will be expected to strengthen relationships and close deals face-to-face.· Track and Optimize Performance: Establish KPIs and reporting processes. Track partnership performance, analyze ROI, and offer strategic insights for continued growth and refinement of the program.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or luxury sales—ideally with exposure to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) markets· A strong track record of securing and scaling high-value partnerships with luxury brands and institutions· Proven ability to generate leads and revenue through strategic collaborations· Experience negotiating and closing complex deals with C-suite stakeholders· Deep understanding of the luxury market and HNW/UHNW client expectations· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills· Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance, high-touch environment· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
