This includes real estate, power procurement, data center design and construction, colocation leasing, and fit-out works, as well as infrastructure procurement and related business services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercially minded legal guidance across the full project lifecycle, from site selection and energy arrangements to construction, procurement, and risk management. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in large-scale, multi-jurisdictional digital infrastructure developments, deep expertise in commercial real estate and/or construction, regulatory frameworks, and commercial contracting, and the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with a focus on supporting infrastructure, construction, or energy projects. The position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation and influencing abilities, and a strategic, commercially minded approach to legal problem-solving. The SVP will be expected to partner with executive leadership, project teams, and internal stakeholders to support the legal strategy, negotiation, and execution of complex projects across multiple jurisdictions. High ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment are essential.
