About the role

Landscaping Specialist (Seasonal) Sander Groves Landscaping, a full service high-end residential landscape and design/build company, is looking for a Seasonal employee for our Color department. The Color department is responsible for designing, installing and maintaining planted containers and flower beds for a large number of clients late April through mid-June. The Color departments scope of work is more niche and detail-oriented than traditional landscape maintenance. We are looking for a person that is creative, likes to work outside with their hands, has good communication and organizational skills, good work ethic, attention to detail, and is able to perform tasks independently and/or in a fun team environment. Horticultural/landscaping experience is beneficial but not necessary, we are happy to train the right person. The average scope of work will consist of loading plants onto a work truck, planting garden beds and planters, cleaning and watering work areas and planters and ensuring all tools are cleaned and prepped for the next day. Not required but a big plus: Bilingual English and Spanish Washington State Driver’s license Horticulture Experience or Strong interest to learn Wage $20 – $25 Depending on Experience Duration Late April – Mid June Hours Monday through Friday, 7am – 3:30p. Paid overtime is expected.
