About the role

The Business Department at Ave Maria University invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, non-tenured faculty position to start in the 2027-2028 academic year. Preference will be given to:·        Candidates with teaching, industry, and research experience.·        Candidates who have earned a doctoral degree in Finance or a closely related field. ·        Candidates equipped to contribute to the University’s Catholic identity and mission. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for full consideration. The following documents must be submitted:- Cover Letter- Curriculum Vitae, including a  list of publications- Graduate and Undergraduate University Transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable initially, official transcripts to be furnished upon request)- Teaching Philosophy as it Relates to the Apostolic Constitution Ex Corde Ecclesiae- Research Statement: Research in progress and further interests- Three Letters of Recommendation-Optional supporting materials: Sample syllabi from courses taught, course evaluations Review of applications will begin on November 1st,  2026 and will continue until the position is filled.
