Day-to-Day:
Perform structural engineering design and analysis under supervision Design basic structural projects and structural components Assist in analyzing new and existing structures using various materials Support project teams in developing solutions for client challenges within project budgets and schedules Assist in preparing reports, schedules, estimates, and RFI responses Attend meetings with clients, architects, contractors, agencies, and project stakeholders Learn project execution and technical engineering skills through mentorship and close review Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural/Structural EngineeringEIT certification Structural engineering educational background Strong structural fundamentals and ability to conceptualize structural systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and 3D visualization skills Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
