As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product experience, from initial discovery to final shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring that every design decision aligns with broader product strategies and contributes to a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.
What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design. Proven expertise in end-to-end product design, covering discovery, ideation, and shipping. Advanced proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems. Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research to guide design decisions. Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing Design Operations. Advanced proficiency in English.
